This advanced process is employed to carry out secondary vulcanization on rubber products, thereby enhancing their physical properties and overall performance. Its application is specifically geared towards meeting the rigorous demands of secondary vulcanization for rubber products, particularly in relation to surface roughness, to ensure the impeccable smoothness and flawless finish of the end products.

Characteristics of equipment

1.The inner and outer surface of the equipment is made of 1.5mm thick 304 stainless steel plates to prevent corrosion of rust.
2.100 mm salt cotton insulation, heat preservation performance is strong,work is the outer wall temperature is not more than 35 ℃;
3.The high temperature resistance long shaft motor turbine fan, the hot air circulation is efficient and saves electricity.
4.Using octagonal drum (600 litres), the roller will turn the vulcanized product and ensure that the surface of the product is fully heated.
5.Temperature can be adjusted freely between at room temperature to 260 ℃
6.Omron temperature PID controller, output 4-20ma continuous control SSR, avoid frequent start-stop heaters;Small temperature error and high control precision
7.Using Delta control,stable and reliable,Monitor the picture information fully and monitor the running status of the equipment;
8.Double overtemperature protection, safe and reliable
9.Vulcanizing time can be setted from 0 to 99.99 hours freely, time to automatic stop heater with sound warning;
